Service Guidelines

At OMhh Private Parlor, each service is performed with intention, care, and a commitment to hair wellness. Our service menu and pricing are currently being updated to reflect new offerings and refined services.

Appointment Policies

• A $50 deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the appointment.
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied.

THE CONSULTATION

The consultation is a required, necessary part of assessing your hair. It is the key component for the healthiest hair care, damage recovery, and hair sustainability. Approx 15 min. $50 This amount will be applied to your appointment.

NEW CLIENTS

All first-time clients include an assessment. Because every head of hair is unique, this allows us to properly evaluate your hair’s condition, texture, density, and overall wellness before beginning the service. *$25 New Client Assessment Fee is added to the service price to allow time for this professional evaluation and to ensure your service is performed according to the OMhh Hair Wellness standard.
